Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Bicycle Bob's Bicycle Outlet
From helmets to gloves, tricycles, bicycles, mountain bikes
and racing bikes, we have what you are looking for:
Our trained, professional staff knows the products and brand names we carry, and can help you find the right fit for your needs. Our bicycle outlet offers a broad selection of cycles to meet the needs of everyone, from novice to expert and casual rider to racer.
Shop Summary: A good shop, with a very good amount of gear, helpful people, and good tune-ups. The people are friendly (for the most part) and are available right away to help you find what you are looking for, and always wanting to help. Prices are high though, and they do not carry low-end parts, only higher end parts, which equate to even higher prices.
Customer Service: The customer service is very good, they will help you out quick, and take care of your problem, and make sure you're happy before they are done.
Other Comments: As said, good selection of stuff, but a lot of it is catered towards more advanced riders, they seem to have a LOT more advanced equipment than lower-line, cheaper stuff. But this is a characteristic of any LBS you visit. BUT... I will no longer shop there, due to a recent experience i had while in their shop. I was checking out parts around a corner, and heard the employees, including the owner, making very inappropriate comments. Due to the nature of the comments, I do not want to disclose that information on here, but it was very ill-natured of them. Call me foolish, but I would rather not shop at a place where the employees seem less than reputable. The guys 5 mins away at Papa Wheelies are much more good-natured.

Shop Summary: Excellent shop. If you need it you can find it here. No matter what style of riding or what level of rider you are, you will always feel welcome at Bob's.
Customer Service: Bob and the staff go above and beyond. They are very knowledgable and willing to assist you with every biking need that you may have. Turn around time on repairs is unmatched in the area. Prices on service and parts is very reasonable.
Other Comments: I have been dealing with Bob's for almost two years now and have never been disappointed. I work in Portland, ME, live in Southern ME and pass by 20 to 30 shops in my commute. Bob's is worth the drive and the time to get the products that I need and my repairs done right. So if you live anywhere near the NH seacoast, it is worth the time to check out this shop.
