that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML

Goodales Bike Shop
Very large full service bike shop with road, hybrid, mountain and BMX bikes. Large service area as well. Sister stores in Hooksett and Concord NH as well. Large accessories selection.
Shop Summary: If you are looking for a large selection of bikes for anyone from the beginer rider to going out 4-5 days a week then this place is the place to go. If you are looking for a high end triathalon bike then keep driving. The sales crew is pretty well educated and of course not everyone knows everything. I had a pretty technical question on one of the newer Cannondale lefty forks and although at the time they couldn't answer my question (keep in mind it was the weekend), they took my name and number down and called me later in the week with everything I was looking for. They are a friendly neighborhood shop that can satisfy the majority of your cycling needs.
Customer Service: Like I mentioned, if they don't know the answer you're looking for they do what they can to find out for you. I have found that in the Spring time they do tend to get backed up quite a bit but I just try to be smart about it and bring my bike in a while there's still snow left on the ground.
Other Comments: One thing I really like is the knowledge of their mechanics, I'm not talking about the kids that are assembling bikes, of course you need to start somewhere. I'm talking about their head mechanics, there's a guy Jim there that I'm convinced can fix just about anything. I have brought in my bike with some of the most annoying little quirks and the guy figures out where it's coming from everytime. Overall I have had very good experinces with Goodale's and would suggest them to other riders.

Shop Summary: The shop is large, but for as much floor space as they have, they don't have many bikes for enthusiasts. They used to carry more, but it seems to me that, right now, they are catering to the people who want to save money on gas.
Customer Service: The service is mediocre at best. I was looking at a Specialized Stumpjumper Comp in there the other day- one of the only bikes on the floor that was above entry-level or commuter status- and an employee asked me if I had any questions. I did, but he couldn't really answer any of them- like "whats the difference between the Juicy 5's and 7's". The shop could be a lot more than it is if it tried, but it is focusing on the lowest common denominator right now. In this area, I would go to Nault's in Manchester over Nashua- or take a little more time and go out to Exeter Cycles in Exeter.

Shop Summary: Carries the typical Trek, Gary Fisher, And Specialized bikes. Big box store for bikes. They don't carry anything special as far as bikes go. Typical xc and road bikes. Their service dept. gets backed up for months. And with parts a special order takes far to long for an avid rider, several weeks when in fact it should only take 5 days tops, when going through a dealer like QBP. Pricing on parts and special orders are very exaggerated, much higher than what the standard mark up should be. Which means the consumer pays more than what a part is worth.
Customer Service: They don't care, plain and simple. They hire a bunch of high school kids for cheap money in the spring and don't do a whole lot for training for them. To illustrate this point, I went in there one day to see what they had for a selection and got into a conversation with one of their salespeople who tried to convince me that shimano LX is the best on the market. Not for the price but THE best. When I asked him about the XT derailleur on the next bike over our conversation was over. More so, the sales people didn't seemed too concerned about what kind of riding I wanted to do, it went more along the lines of "this is the bike you should be riding".
"Hello" is also not something you here when you walk through the door.
Other Comments: If you know anything at all about biking than this shop is a joke, if you know nothing than you will get the impression they know their stuff, but the sad reality is you're gonna get something thats poor in quality constructed and not the right bike for you.

Shop Summary: Good full service shop. Pretty much all types of biking represented, road, mountain, BMX, hybrids etc. Large accessories department, including clothing and women specific items.
Customer Service: Hit or miss. Some of the floor staff are very knowledgeable, others are kids. One employee was very helpful but steered me away from a bike that I eventually ended up buying from another shop (only because they had the color I wanted as it was the same price in both stores). It would have been nice if they discussed fit and proper seat height with customers when test riding. They really could knock it out of the park if they spent more time educating their customers, some value-added to spark customer loyalty.
Other Comments: Very clean store, a pleasure to visit.
