Cycles Etcetera

Its a great shop thats operated by three guys.
I ride and race Downhill bikes and there the only shop that ever helped me when I have serious problems with my DH rig. I've tried different shop around this area that charge too much and have never worked or seen a downhill bike before. Cycles Etc always gets my rig up and running again and always has the right answers to my questions. They has replaced a bottom bracket on my rig that a different shops said that the size my bike uses(83mmx128mm) is rare and they couldn't find one. Check them out for your self! This place is great and they know there stuff.
And there tech, James has pretty much worked on all components that DH riders used.
I can't say enough good things about this shop!

Shop Summary:
Its a small shop with an ok selection of bikes. You can get your 2 thousand dollar bike and it'll ride ok. Nothing about this shop stands out as exceptional. Its small size and moderate selection are accompanied by inconvienient hours.

Customer Service:
The employees here come on as very snobbish and aren't super helpful. Once again if you know nothing about bikes you'll have to take what they say as the truth.

Other Comments:
If you know bikes and follow the trends than this shop wont have the latest and greatest, it just seems that they are a little behind.
