Shop Summary:
This is the place if you are looking for great service for road, mountain bikes and anything in between. A couple of nearby shops are starting to shy away from mountaining biking (road specialist???). These guys do it all and do it with a smile. Great one stop shopping if you also need other sporting goods or hunting and fishing equipment. The best bike shop and sporting goods store in New Jersey period!

Customer Service:
Mark and his guys will go out of their way for you every single time. No attitude, just a smile. This is a shop you can trust. These guys are riders. You will see them on the road, at Chimney Rock and even at Diablo on any given weekend. Have a question on a product they have probably used it. Great for the family and kids as well.

Shop Summary:
this is a great shop. they recently changed the set up and it looks and feels bigger. even though its part of a large sporting goods store it has the feel of a local bike shop and you get the care and attention you expect. have a wide selection of bikes from kids, mountain, road, recreational and serious racing. they also have a plethora of components.

any work you need done is performed quickly. you will be back on your bike in no time and they treat your bike as if its their own when working on it.

Customer Service:
every one in the department is great. not once was i made to feel rushed into a decision, pushed to buy a certain kind of component, or bike, or brushed off cause of my terrible indecisiveness.

i recently had a crash which resulted in the death of the first bike i bought from them. having to get a new bike they worked with me on converting a time trial bike into a road bike. this resulted in a lot of time and work on their part. not only did they make the bike into exactly what i was looking for but they worked out a great deal for me too!

Other Comments:
a perfect example of their level of customer service is this...

while waiting for my new bike to get completed they stayed open 10-15 extra minutes and even offered to put a hockey game on their t.v. i mentioned i was missing. not too many places will do that.

thanks guys!

Shop Summary:
This is a real bike shop inside of a sporting goods store. I can get whatever I need for my rides and even get some underwear or a retro skate deck all in the same trip. Great selection of bikes as well as parts and equipment all in stock.

Customer Service:
I've been dealing with Mark, Chris and the guys for some time now even before they ventured into Efingers. They have always helped me out with whatever I need and if they don't have it they will get it. It's also a friendly atmosphere where I can stop in and lay down some bike chat without being pressured into buying something although I usually do anyway.
Being a regular customer always is a plus and that's why I stay loyal. They are also very friendly to my kids and that there is very important and a major factor in my loyalty.
Mark has sold me many bikes over the years and has always been there during warranty issues and the such, so give them a try when you can, you will have a great experience.

Other Comments:
Don't let Marks Ron Jeramie good looks scare ya, he's a great guy!

Shop Summary:
I'm new to the area and a local friend advised that I check out Efingers. My fork needed an overhaul and needed to be send back to Fox. Marc (shop manager) set me up with a loaner for the weekend. In the 15 years I've been cycling no shop has offered me a loaner. Did I mention the loaner was a tricked out Specialized Enduro?

These guys know how to run a shop. They clearly love the sport and are, most importantly, focused on the customer.
