Shop Summary:
In my quest to purchase a new bike for me and my wife I first wanted to find a shop that could fallow through with all my needs. I found Town Cycle listed in my GPS unit and set off. After about twenty minutes of chat I realized these guys knew their stuff and where very knowledgeable about the local trails. I guess you could say I first "shopped" for a "shop" before I knew what bikes I needed. I stopped in one day with my wife and Mike offered a loner Giant Trance X2 to my wife and let me try out his own Turner$$. After we got back we plunked down our deposit.
Me and my wife are now owners of two Giant Trance X2's and now have a wealth of knowledge of all the local trails. Town Cycle will find the right bike for you and order it in the proper size and custom fit you for a perfect ride.

Customer Service:
Even in the busiest time of the year Mike and Pete have been able to help with fine tuning our bikes and helping with upgrades.

Shop Summary:
This is a great shop that's been here a long time. They carry a pretty good mix of bikes and other bike stuff. They're pretty good on special orders and are priced close enough to the mail order companies to make it sensible to buy from them and get it now.
The shop is right in the middle of all the great riding spots. Wawayanda. Ringwood and Jungle Habitat. That's a plus if you need something right away such as a derailleur, tire etc.

Customer Service:
The service is tops. They really know what they're doing. Service is fast unless you need a special order part and if you have a special situation they will do they're best to get it done fast. I mean they actually listen. If you race they'll always expedite the repair. I would never buy a bike anywhere else; ever. Customers come from hours away because this is such a friendly place. I'm lucky enough to live nearby.

Other Comments:
You can also get all the local trail info from Mike or Pete and anyone hanging out.
