Shop Summary:
Been a customer of theirs for the last few years. Extremely fair with prices of both components and bikes. I've never haggled with them as it would be inappropriate after the prices they've given me over the years.

Customer Service:
Ordered a 2006 Stumpjumper FSR Expert at the end of last year. Had the bike in two days, ready to go. Always fast turnaround on repairs. The people that run the shop are quiet, not in-your-face live to ride types, but they know their stuff and in my experience are top-notch in their wrenching skills. They pretty much get all of my business.
