that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your

Cycle Works NJ
The Story
Both John Nicholson and Frank Santarpia have been friends since 1982. They raced BMX together for over five years. They worked on part fabrication for bicycles at a relative's machine shop for over five years. Their knowledge of bikes and racing, coupled with their mechanical experience and love of the sport of "cycling" along with the co-founding of "Broken Spoke" has led them to their decision to integrate all their skills and knowledge to open Cycle Works. Their customers range from families and friends to world famous pro riders such as Jeff Lenosky (Giant Bikes), Aaron Chase (Cannondale) and Lance Trappe, a mountain bike performer in Cirque du Soleil's La Nouba. Cycle Works' extremely knowledgeable employees and friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere keep our customers satisfied and coming back.
The Shop
Cycleworks offers a wide variety of bikes for children and adults including comfort/recreational bikes, mountain bikes and road bikes. Additionally, we specialize in high performance products and also offer expert repairs on all brands and models of bikes. If you don't see the model of bicycle that interests you out of our many brands, please ask a Cycle Works employee for pricing and availability.

Shop Summary: From the owners to the staff, this shop is full of riders that clearly love the sport and want to share & pass their passion of riding on to their customers.
Since I ride true all-mountain on a full-suss, if you know northen NJ trails (slimy rocks, wet roots, baby-head downhills) then you won't be suprised to hear that the crap gets beaten out of your bike if you regularly push your limits (i.e. crash-a-lot). This has given me ample opportunity to spend a lot of time at Cycle Works to have my [brake] discs trued, blown forks rebuilt, snapped spokes replaced, etc.
What always amazes me was not only do these folks repair your problem, they take the time to really explain what they found and what their solution was. In addition, they always freely offer mechanical advice if they feel some home-maintenance may lessen the same problem arising again.
I want to add that the owners paid their dues in a machine shop growing up. When is the last time you brought your high-end frame in for a linkage repair and the shop machined you from scratch a replacement lug instead of you waiting a week+ to get it in from the manufacturer in Colorado? NUFF SAID

Shop Summary: I started going to cycleworks forever ago. The customer service was great, and they enjoyed making me feel comfortable. The owners didn't come across as two guys pushing to make a buck. They love what they do and it shows. Now that I moved away from their shop, I am still scheduling times to go up and have them service my bike. I just don't feel right bringing it anywhere else.
Customer Service: EXCELENT
Other Comments: You can deal directly with the owners if you need to. They active in the cycling world and love what they do.

Customer Service: I have been mountain biking for many years(since 1984) and I have to say I have never received the level of personal service the staff at CycleWorks provides. It seems that anytime I have a repair emergency and need assistance they are there to help. I recently had an issue with an upper shock mount bushing that had worn out and it was over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and I wanted to ride. The Friday after Thanksgiving I began calling Cycleworks 2 hours before they opened hoping that some one would be there to help me. I did not leave a message because I figured I would keep calling until the time when someone would answer the phone. I never had to place my third call as John from Cycleworks noticed he had missed 2 calls from me that morning and I must need help. John called me and asked that I come down right away and he would replace the worn bushing for me. Now that is service!!
Other Comments: Here is another example of the service I receive at CycleWorks. I finally broke down and bought a nice pair of riding shorts ($90). After 3 rides the short started to form pills on the outside of the chamois area of the shorts. I returned to the store and Frank promptly repalced the shorts, no questions asked. The same issue arose with the second pair of shorts, again Frank replaced the shorts while engaging the manufacturer who suggested a slightly different short. The 3rd pair of shorts have been great. Thanks again for the no hassle service I receive every time I visit the shop!!

Shop Summary: When I decided to get back into mountain biking a couple years back, Cycle Works was just another stop along my route in search of a bike. At the time, I bought my Giant Reign from them because it was the best fit for my type of riding. What I ended up getting with that bike is the best customer service I've encountered in any business, as well as a few guys I like to consider my friends. Co-owner John Nicholson is a vertiable sponge of cycling information, and has helped me with everything from assembling and installing a Thule rack to reinstalling a kickstand on a 1967 Schwinn cruiser. Frank, as well, makes a huge impression on his customers by simply remembering. When I call needing to order a replacement part, I just say my name and he knows exactly who I am, and (as is the "Cycle Works Way") sticks his neck out to get me what I need as quickly as possible. The guy ripped a derailleur hanger off a showroom bike so I could ride for the weekend! I don't see any reason for me to go elsewhere for my cycling needs.
Customer Service: Just above and beyond in every way. Other local shops are geniunely stuffy; they want you to buy their stuff and move along. There's been a good handful of times where I need some oddball rinky-dink part and the guys at Cycle Works not only have the part in stock, but give a very fair price and hang around to shoot the breeze for a half hour afterwards. They have a perfect business model- treat every customer as if they were your only one, and in return they earn repeat business, as well as the business of every friend that customer has. All it took was one trip down there on my word, and a half dozen of my best friends feel the same way I do.

Shop Summary: I was just getting back into biking (haven’t biked regularly since the old BMX and Freestyle days when I owned a Mongoose and a Hutch Windstyler) and I wanted to learn everything I could in the shortest amount of time about mountain biking. I live in Dover and Cycle Works is further than another LBS around my way, but they (John and Frank) took their time with me and made me feel VERY comfortable with the quality of work that they do and took the time to answer each and every question I had, no matter how lay the questions may have been. Bottom line – GOT TO THIS SHOP, even if you live in Morris County and have to drive the extra 10 minutes, believe me its worth it, whether you’re a mountain, road, freeride, downhill, BMX, or trials rider. These guys have, AND ride all styles, i.e. – first hand experience.
Customer Service: Customer service is the name of their game! These guys have no problem stopping what there doing or going out back to take a first hand look at your bike, bike rack, etc... to answer all your questions. They also invited me to go riding with them on Sundays to help sharpen my riding skills.
Other Comments: I had John (co-owner) install a pair of Hope Pro II hubs and I had to ask him to put new spokes on (I could have used the stock spokes, they were brand new but why not upgrade the whole wheel). No up-sell or pushy sales here, very comfortable atmosphere all around!
