Shop Summary:
I've never been to the brick and mortar store, but [tried] to order online. I ordered on a Sunday, received a tracking number monday morning, but by friday the tracking was still unavailable since they hadn't shipped yet. I sent a couple of emails with no response so now I am going through the BBB to try to get my money back. Pathetic.

Customer Service:
Sucks

Other Comments:
Don't shop online at bicycle-source.com

Shop Summary:
I bought a Giant hybrid there while waiting for tubes for my wife's bike. I checked their price online & it was the lowest, so I called the online store & they matched prices on pedals, too. They offered to deliver the bike when they saw my address because the manager lives a minute or so from me. When I picked up the bike they threw in a bottle cage & other items as I racked up $100 or so in accessories.
Altogether a good experience.

Customer Service:
I was treated well both at the store and on the phone.

Shop Summary:
Online, decent site. Check out return policy, although it says they they will not accept returns on clothing, this also includes shoes.

Customer Service:
No service to speak of. They were slow to ship, I had to email them to get the shipment on the way after about 4 days. Once I received the shoes and realized that I needed the wide versions, I emailed - they then refused the return, referring me to Ebay.

Shop Summary:
BicycleSource is the worst of the worst. The owners (Glen & Jane Gorsica) are both scam artists and have no idea of how to run a legitimate store with even the smallest amount of integrity. Their online website sales are a joke. Their Ebay store scams people on a nationwide basis. Glen really knows how to manipulate the legal system, too. Their stores and warehouse are located in NJU, but the store owners (Glen and Jane G.)live in Nevada. Good luck trying to clear up even the simplest of problems with them. Avoid the folks at BicycleSource at all cost. First time, shame on you. Second time, shame on me for making the same mistake twice. They are both DEADBEATS, period.

Customer Service:
The worst. Nobody at either of their stores even rides a bike, let alone knows how to really work on one.

Other Comments:
BicycleSource is the joke of the industry!

Shop Summary:
I went into the lafyette shop. The lady who runs the joint is extreamly nice. I ordered some stuff and she got them asap. Small shop but backed by a big warehouse. If you find a deal they match it too.

Customer Service:
A+++ great attitude and they know their crap

Other Comments:
more of an xc shop over dh but still good
