Awesome guys to deal with. They all ride, and ride well. They are extremely knowledgeable and only sell what they ride. I have been dealing with Greg (the owner) for a year now and he always takes care of me. I have purchased 2 bikes from him and a ton of parts and his deals beat anything that can be found online. They also do group rides all the time. Check em out if you are in the ocean county area.

Shop Summary:
do not bring your repair to this bike ship!
I go there for a tune up and new tires and new tubes, ok I get home I ride it just a few miles and the rear tire goes flat! ok I bring it back to them tells me there was glass in the tire, ok trip #2 he tells me we can give you a better upgraded tube that would last longer ok do it. so now I'm about $60.00 or so into this $300.bike that I bought from them some years ago the tag is still on the frame. I get the bike home now I can't ride it because the rear tire has like a bubble in it or something it was causing the bike to bounce. so I bring it back to him today because I was off and he tells me you have a bent rim, It was fine before you touched the tire and installed the new upgraded tube, he said what would you like me to do about it. I said get it back to the way it was when I brought it here last week. he takes my bike brings it out side puts it in the bike rack and tells me to go find another bike shop.hahahahahaha, ok so I go to Padi's bikes on fisher Blvd in Toms River 1177 fisher Blvd that is, 732-270-5920 and I tell the guy my story he puts the bike on his stand and loosens the spokes because he said they made them to tight when the did the tune up so. in no joke 2 minutes he fixed it and said NO CHARGE.,. the owner of Beachwood Bikes said I need a new rim it was bent. so this is my Beachwood Bike experience.

Shop Summary:
Great selection of goodies for any cyclist. Picked up everything I needed for my development. I have purchased three bicycle's in a year

Customer Service:
Always good, great advise, and if you need something it happens. Gregg and staff leave you wondering why you would go anywhere else
and they have saved me a lot of time sending me in the right direction on my riding development

Other Comments:
Would recommend to and have recommended to anyone looking for great service, fairness in pricing and knowledge you don't generally get elsewhere

Shop Summary:
I live in the area for years and have used your shop etc. I telephoned the shop specifically to inquire if you would be able to accept a tandem bike purshased at your store for service. I was told I could and to be there before 6. Rushed home from work and took the trouble to get in there on foot only to be told they had no room for service. REALLY??? I could understand if I did not call. As a business person I do not understand the logic in turning someone away especially after I informed the employee I was also hoping to purchase two more bikes. Obviously too busy for additional business. That is fine your shop is not the only one around. When my neighbors heard what had happened two long time area residents remarked that your store seems arrogant in their dealings anymore. Good Luck! Former customer who will continue to retell this story.

Shop Summary:
Greg the Great! Seriously. Greg and his team spent lots of time reviewing every aspect of being on a bike. After a few visits, they gave me an incredible deal (with 2 years of service!) on a great bike and all the accessories needed to get me on the road. Great selection and prices too. CFL (customer for life).

Customer Service:
Everyone in that shop rides and is more than willing to educate you.
