Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Convenient to many areas of Hunterdon County. Decent selection of adult bikes. Customer Service: Seems to be hit or miss. If you catch the older "gentleman" just walk out. If it is one of the other folks try it out. Other Comments: I purchased my mountain bike at this shop and feel that I got an okay deal and the bike has done well for me.
When my wife and I went in recently looking for two bikes for my kids it was a fast visit. Most of what I saw off the bat was $350 price tags so when he asked if he could help me I simply stated that I was looking for kids bikes preferably under the $300 range. He quickly said that if we were looking for toys we should go to a toy shop like Walmart, or ToysRus. He didn't even bother to try to explain why we should spend the extra money on one of his bikes.
My wife told him that I had purchased my bike there and she thought his answer was very demeaning and we wouldn't be coming back. He sarcastically said, "Okay, have a good day".
We obviously won't go back. Too bad.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I can't speak about thier technical expertice. I couldn't bring a bike of mine there. treat me bad, you will not treat my bike. Customer Service: Owner is unfriendly and does not make you feel important. This shop needs a counter person and leave grumpy in the shop or office. I had a problem with the operation of a tire pump and in front of everyone (both employees)in the place made me feel stupid that I didn't understand the operation of a brand new pump. I went to High Gear Cyclry in Gillette and am an honored customer. I felt so great there that I brought a brother-in-law from Florida to buy his first road bike. I bought two bikes from them and one for my wife. Over $7,000.00 went somewhere other than Grumpy's shop. If you focus on the buck it will elude you, if you focus on the customer the buck will embrace you.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: A family owned shop with an okay selection Customer Service: TERRIBLE!! This shop's owner is really unfriendly. From the first interaction, all he is interested in is making the sale. ONLY interested in the bucks in your pocket. The owner's son as well as the mechanics are nice guys, but the dad makes me never want to set foot in that shop again. Other Comments: AVOID THIS STORE!! The owner is only interested in making money.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Blows!
The owner of this shop is a jerk!
He is very clearly in this business for the money and not the love of riding.
Anytime you walk in he could not be less friendly.
I have been in many shops and this is one to avoid. Customer Service: Owner =zero
