Shop Summary:
A nice little shop in the heart of Gallup. They carry good bikes and quality parts. But the selection of bikes fall's short. The store always seem empty. The prices are more than other shops in New Mexico, but that is because it is the only store in Gallup. Plus, they are closed on Mondays, which makes getting in a hassle for me.

Customer Service:
Very Friendly. They will look out for you, and will answer any question. You can't walk into the store without getting a smile from somebody. My only problem is that they are closed on Mondays.

Other Comments:
Good little place to go, especially since it is the only bike shop near the Zuni Mountains and all the awesome single-track!

Shop Summary:
Interesting little shop in downtown Gallup.

Customer Service:
Customer server was excellent. Owner talked with me and gave some good advice. Figured out why I was breaking spokes, replaced ten for just $.99 each when other shops just fixed the broken one without checking why they kept breaking, it was a hastle since I live somewhat remote part of NM.

Other Comments:
I will try to buy from this guy even though it is 2 hours from where I live.

Shop Summary:
The niche of this shop is the avid cycling and outdoor community of Gallup. Its merchandise level is middle- to upper-end gear and has always carried what I need - or a suitable substitute - as I traveled through town. I would much prefer to give my business to a shop like this than to web stores or bigger, less personal stores. This is a custom shop.

Customer Service:
No pretense. No cooler-than-thou attitude. These folks are not burned out on tourism and actually thrive on explaining and riding the local trails. Customer service still means something at this shop and if you're a rider from anywhere, they make you feel local.

I actually visit about twice a year, but that wasn't one of the options in the pull-down.

Shop Summary:
Even though I can only log 1 visit, this shop ranks quite high on my list. No one can top Bike & Bean in Sedona, but High Mesa will ALWAYS be my 1st stop when I am in Gallup. As mentioned in another review, High Mesa carries some product lines that aren't widely seen, allowing for some variety in one's arsenal. They also have a very nice book of local trails that is unmatched in quality of detail...a lot of work went into producing/providing this information for all bikers-both visitors and locals. I recommend this as a purchase not only for trail beta, but for supporting the author's grand efforts, as well.

Customer Service:
Mrs. Shop Owner was EXTREMELY helpful in providing information on the area rides, etc. You can sense her enthusiasm about the sport and the people she meets in the biking world. I find this very refreshing...some shops are real duds. A good LBS experience helps "make the trip" as well as securing a return visit to the site come vacation time (shop owners/employees please take note).

Other Comments:
This shop is not to be missed!!

Shop Summary:
I wasn't in the store very long but it is very spacious and has a great selection of bikes. It also has one of the best selections of cycling clothing and gear that I have ever seen.

Customer Service:
I was visited the shop during a trip to Gallup. Albert and head mechanic Mike were very friendly and gave me some great information and maps on where to ride.

Other Comments:
With the selection and service this store has I wish it was my local bike shop. I did purchase a pair of baggies that I was previously only get by ordering online. I got a great price and saved on shipping.
