Horrible. They'll help you spend your money, but don't expect them to stand behind the sale. Other Comments:
Avoid High Desert Bicycles if at all possible. There are many other reputable shops to choose from.

Great service. Purchased a truck rack, demonstrated how to use, difference among other brands. very helpful in making a decision compared to other brands they didn't carry. Other Comments:
