Rocky Point Cycle Inc

This shop is great. Located on the north shore of Long Island in Rocky Point. They are quick to help, and very patient. He has all types of bikes, from toddlers to adult road and mountian bikes. They have great mechanics working for them. They know their stuff when it comes to bikes...If your on the north shore give these guys a call. You will never regret it.

Shop Summary:
Friendly staff, the owner RIDES!!! they will repair anything and helped me out on a build up that involved parts I got from them and stuff I got elsewhere without any questions or sales pitches. They have SOOOO much stuff, if you need something, ask because they have so many goodies pulling your eyes every which way but they know where it all is. Need to know trail conditions? ask, chances are somebody has already stopped in and told them. Seriously, these guys know their stuff and will help out any way they can.

Customer Service:
Super friendly and helpful

Other Comments:
They like pizza

Shop Summary:
Rocky Point Cycle is a great shop for everyday riders to hard core enthusiasts. They have excellent service, great prices, and are always willing to help. No pushy salesman here, they just want you to get what you're looking for. I've purchased three bikes from RPC so far and I'm sure there will be more.

Shop Summary:
A nice shop with a decent selection of bikes and gear.

Customer Service:
Incredibly friendly service, however, when the person helping offered to order the part that I was looking for, it was never ordered. After going through catalogs with me to find the right part and going through the motions of placing the order, the order was apparently never placed. I called multiple times regarding the order and got different answers each time. Ultimately, I was told that no such part had ever been ordered.

Other Comments:
When placing an order with this shop, make sure you get some sort of written confirmation rather then an oral one to ensure you actually get your order.
I wouldn't order or even shop there again because the lack of my part really screwed me.
