You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Peak Mountain Bike

8 years ago I bought a used bike off of mtbr.com and when it got shipped I put it together I noticed certain things weren't the way they should be. I grabbed the yellow pages and looked for a local bike shop to help me out, I found Peak Mountain Bike. Jerry (owner) answered the phone, gave me directions, and when I got to the shop not only fixed my bike, but showed me what was wrong with it, and gave me suggestions that in the end saved me money. He also suggested I join him & a few other bike shop members on a weekly local trail ride to enhance my riding skills, paid off as I learned alot and I've been at the shop ever since. He also does road bikes these days and is slowly drawing me into riding road as well. Some stores you go in and find what you're looking for and leave, with Peak I found a relationship with a good friend who made me a better rider. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in the tri-state area that is serious about biking. If you want a typical bike there's the Giant line, the Kona's, and the Bianchi, but if you want something unique such as a Chumba Wumba, an Intense, or a Santa Cruz Jerry will order it if he doesn't already have it in stock and have you riding within the next few days.

Shop Summary:
Just after the first visit to this shop makes me keep going back for more. Everyone that works there or the people that hangs out there are all so friendly that it makes you not want to leave the place. I find myself hanging out in front of the shop after closing time with the rest of the regulars because its such a great place to be. Sweet bikes, great parts on hand, and always something new, never get bored.

Customer Service:
Jerry and Kenny and the rest are all great guys to deal with. They'll take their time when they need to and rush when they have to, but will always stop to answer your questions. They have every bike tool out there to fix it right and professionally. Not to mention they'll do it for free if you buy your bike from them.

Other Comments:
Peak was able to beat JensonUSA price on my Titus FTM ++++ a lot more.
Peak contributes to the community and the neighborhood.
Peak would help old ladies cross the street.

Shop Summary:
Ive been taking my mountain bike for service to Peak Mountain Bikes for a while now and I finally decided I wanted to get into road biking this year. After looking into some road bikes and getting some input from Jerry and Kenny at the shop, i decided to go with a Look 566...Before ordering it for me, they gave me a great fit to make sure that the bike's dimensions were actually the right choice for me (it was perfect; compact geometry)...This shop is the most friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth bike shop that I have ever been to (really!). They genuinely take their time to make sure you are comfortable and super informed about what you are buying...The shop's prices are very reasonable and they offer free adjustments, what more can I say?

Customer Service:
two thumbs up for service with a simile!

Shop Summary:
The first time I came in with my wife I just bought 2 bikes; unfortunately not for them. I quickly realized what I purchased was not the right bike for me. I was impressed and with the layout of the store not piles of stuff everywhere (I do love old fashioned mom and pop "SHOPS"). The look of the place kept me captive and made me feel to ride more. I kept coming back because I really wanted to buy a bike from them but I could not find exactly what I want. I decided to do a ground up custom and they helped me through it. I really appreciate the guys at the shop. The go way out of the way to help you with getting the right bike for the person. These guys love bikes. The are right at the Douglaston LIRR train station so access is no a problem for anyone car, bike or public transportation.

Customer Service:
Awesome!! These guys are so professional and are always making sure every customer is taken care of. The never seem to close on time trying to take care of everyone. I have taken up a lot of time in the store but never seem annoyed at the presence of anyone just looking. Very professional. Kudos Jerry & Kenny.

Other Comments:
If you want to or are into all types of bikes (especially mountain) this is the shop for you. I have been to numerous shops in the NYC metro area and Long island. These guys love bikes and the will make love yours too. BTW these donated time money and energy into the Cunningham Park bike trail in Queens. That should give you an idea of how dedicated they are. Look for the trail on the NYC bike map. They also have a great website & organize weekend rides.

Shop Summary:
Doesn't matter if you are a roadie, hard core mountain biker or someone that has never been on a bike before. This shop can take care of everyone's needs. Good prices. Dealer for some of the better brands out there: Kona, Santa Cruz, Giant, Scott, Jamis, etc.

Customer Service:
Personalized service and Jerry and staff are great. Will not steer you wrong in terms of the kind of bike you're looking for and proper sizing (super important) unlike other shops. I've been a patron for years since they opened and I make the trek all the way from the City. I like the personalized service from a small shop. Stop by and you will not be disappointed. I'm sorry I didn't write this review years sooner.

Shop Summary:
I had planned a trip to Fort Rock in Exeter New Hampshire for the 4th of July weekend. However my bike was currently unrideable, so I was forced to rent a full suspension bike. That's when I discovered Peak Bicycle Pro Shop. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They carry and rent top of the line bicycles. I was fitted with 20" Kona Dawgma. This bike really came alive on the trails. I was very impressed with the bikes stability and control down some really steep runs. This bike does it all - climbs, descends, rock gardens, logs, non-stop tree roots, etc.! In fact before I returned the bike, I took it for one last run over in Cunningham Park.
Thanks to the staff at Peak Bicycle Pro Shop.
