Shop Summary:
Walking into this shop was pretty cool, it has a unique layout. Seems merchandised well and had a lot of bikes! I was there on a Saturday during the summer and this place was hopping. They had a fair amount of eye candy. It seems they are well equipt to handle the tourists and daytrippers.

Customer Service:
I was there to leave my bike off for a drivetrain cleaning. When i picked it up, the drivetrain looked new. Everyone there was helpful and knowledgeable.

Other Comments:
While i was talking to one of the guys that worked there, the owner came up and introduced himself and thanked me for coming in. You do see that too much these days.

Shop Summary:
This is the worst bike shop I have ever been to. BEWARE. They installed a child's seat on my wife's bike incorrectly and subsequently the rack rubbed against the tire, the chain fell off the gears and she got a flat tire!! How's that for service? On the child seat package instructions it says they recommend installation by a professional. We would have been better off letting our 19 month old do it. Don't let them touch your bike. Go elsewhere!!

Customer Service:
Upon returning to the store the owner denied culpability and tried to tell us we were wrong! It always amazes me how shortsighted business owners can be when all he had to do was apologize and correct the mistake. Why does it take an argument? So not only are these people incompetent they are nasty and provide no customer satisfaction.

as soon as you walk in someones there to help you and the prices are competeitve

DIDENT HAVE MUCH LUCK HERE, BETWEEN PEOPLE THAT DID NOT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING (4 TRIPS)MUCH LESS WHAT THEY WERE OVER CHARGING ME FOR WILL NEVER SHOP THERE . I WILL WALK FIRST ,THANKS COUNTRY TIME THANKS FOR OVER CHARGING EVEN AFTER QUOTING ONE PRICE BY THE TIME I GOT THERE PRICE DOUBLED MAYBE ITS MY FALT FOR DRIVING TOO SLOW

Great local bike shop located on the North Fork of LI.
Authorized dealer for major brands such as Trek, Cannondale, Giant & Gary Fisher. Nice selection of Mountain & Road bikes, accessories, kids bikes, car racks & misc gear. Very competitive pricing with exceptional personalized & trustworthy service. If it's not in stock, they'll order it in. I special ordered a Trek mountain bike & had it within a week. Owner operated, ask for Greg.
