Shop Summary:
I work around the corner from the shop. They can bet pretty busy, even so, they still do a pretty good job. The staff is pretty helpfull. They carry a good amount of equipment and whatever else keeps you riding. The Dread Mechanic is great..Seems like a pretty positive guy that has a solution for most/all bike problems and questions. I've only bought small parts from the shop but I am glad they are around...

Customer Service:
Pretty fare deal. You ask they answer. You want it, they get it or order it for you. It's broke..
The dread can fix it.

Other Comments:
Go ride.

Shop Summary:
Good variety of merchandise, good selection of different types of bikes. They have a little bit of everything for all kinds of cyclists. Located in a busy section of Manhattan, therefore there is lots of traffic in and out of the store.

Customer Service:
RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE mechanics.
After buying my second bike and a bunch of other equipment, totaling around $ 1500.00 in the past 2 month, it's the last time I will visit this store. Talk about rude and mean mechanics.... Common!!! true they are busy, but to insult customers, and make them feel like idiots, it is a shame. Almost lost it when this guy (looking like a cave man) pissed me off. Calmly, I walked off the store, though I was very close to inviting him outside for an UFC style brawl, in which case I would have landed in jail for hurting the poor guy. Not worth it.

Shop Summary:
I've been to this bike shop once when my friend went to get his trek mountain bike there. The crew there seemed very egger to help us out and most of them knew what they were talking about. They have a large variety of bikes and the prices aren't threw the roof. Also, the mechanic there is very laid back and cool and he'll help you out if you need help or have any questions.

Customer Service:
The mechanic is the best in town i believe

Shop Summary:
This bike shop has a good selection for New York City. However, the price are downright insulting, even for the Manhattan area, and the store tries to charge you for everything, even a quick insurance estimate on your bike after you pay $100 for a ulock.

Being too lazy to shop around, I was going to buy a bike from them despite their high prices, but they refused to let me pay the difference in cost for a different style of pedal. They insisted that I buy the additional pair of pedals at retail. I have never had a bike shop try to pinch me for every penny the way these guys do. I walked out and suggest you never walk in.

Customer Service:
Okay, if you don't mind being ripped off.
