Shop Summary: Brands is awesome. If you are looking for a bike, it is likely that they will have something that fits your description and size. They have many bikes on hand in the showroom as well as bikes in stock. Most of the time you can get the price knocked down a bit and when you buy a bike, they give you 10% off accessories.
Customer Service: Customer service is great. Lots of knowledgeable people who also ride bikes. The service department is quick and they know a thing or two about bikes.

Other Comments: I ordered a 2008 shoe at $50 off closeout in a difficult-to-find size. The computer system took the order, but shoe was sold out. Rather than email me, "Sorry, we're out, do you want the 2009 model for $60 more?", i.e. the price everybody had it at, since it was too new to discount, they just sent me the new model (with an upgraded carbon sole) for the sale price!

Shop Summary: sells all types of bikes, parts, etc
gets a bit crowded and sales reps can be busy forever.....so it takes some time for u to get help
Customer Service: the service dept is very good though. i had tires swapped and they did it less than 10 mins. i would recommend this store for people who already know a thing or two about bikes....newbies would get nervous. i would recommend mineola bike (see review) for beginners.
