Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Geneva Bicycle Center is an absolute pro shop in the middle of the NY wine region. Home to the Mussle Man triathalon, they sell Giant, Trek, Fisher, Lemond, Kestrel, Elite, IF, Look and Bilenky. The shop is absolutly beautiful and very well laid out. They have a very sophisticated fitting area where FIST, Serotta and other methods are used. With more than 100 fittings and design sessions schedualed each year, you can bet they'll get yours right. The staff of five is mature, all full time, and very focused of the happiness of their customers.
Serving all of Central NY, folks commonly drive from Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse for big city knowledge and selection with a small town level of customer service and attention to detail.
They perform any reair in the book. Overhauls, wheel builds, S&S retrofits, paint jobs and frame repair are all common. Feel free to call ahead to discuss any of these services.
Contact Owner, Jim Hogan or assistant, Chad Kayser for fittings. |

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I was down with my neighbor cycling around Canandaigua Lake, had some shifting issues with my Trek Madone. Went to the Geneva bike store 20 minutes before closing with my bike, Matt and Jim were there, happy to help us with no feeling that we were bothering them at all. Fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. Great store, great staff. Awesome selection of bike stuff. I only wish I had bought my Madone there! Even though I am from Canada, plan to visit again next time I am down in the Finger Lakes. Great place to ride. Now I have a great bike store to visit!

Racer Shop Summary: Geneva Bicycle Center (GBC) is without a doubt; one of the best bike shops around. Everyone on staff knows what they are doing and will treat you well. They carry a full line of bikes and accessories and if it's not in stock, they will custom order it for you without a question. The mechanics are super knowledgeable and know what works for the conditions and terrain in the area. I've frequented this shop for a dozen years now on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. I've since relocated to Boulder and nothing out here even comes close to the service they provided..... Customer Service: Always greeted with a smile and always there to help you out if you have questions or needs. I've been to far too many shops where you are completely ignored; these guys (and girls) are here to serve you. Other Comments: If you want to go for a ride or find a great place to ride, just ask. Chances are you may even end up on a ride with someone from the GBC as they are always out riding their bikes!
