Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Master Bike

Bottom line: If you want a shop where you can watch Paris-Roubaix on a 60 inch plasma TV and test ride six different manufacturer's bikes and then buy one, this shop is not for you (and you should probably move your ass to Colorado). If however, you want a mechanic whose skills are second to none and worry free repairs of the most advanced kind, then Master Bike is your place.

Shop Summary:
This place is pretty much a one-man operation. The owner, Imbert, is a great bike technician, and an honest businessman, and that is a recipe for a great bike shop. The shop is small, so he can't keep alot of stock, but he can get whatever you need quickly and at a fair price.

Customer Service:
Imbert gave me a good deal on some left-over 2008 Fuji Nevada 4.0's. I need two, one for me and one for my wife. He came through and honored the price he gave me at our first meeting, even though it turned out they were hard to get.

Other Comments:
In addition to being an excellent bike tech, and an honorable businessman, he also happens to be a hell of a nice guy. I look forward to conducting a lot of business with him in the future.
