Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: ONE LOOK INSIDE OF THIS SHOP AND YOU WILL SEE THAT YOU AND YOUR BIKE ARE INSIDE A REAL MOUNTAIN BIKE SHOP. THE SHOP IS NOT FILLED WALL TO WALL WITH COOKIE CUTTER BIKES FROM COMPANIES THAT HAVE POPULAR NAMES. INSTEAD YOU WILL SEE LOTS OF PARTS AND BIKES BEING UPGRADED AND WORKED ON BY A PROFESSIONAL! THE SHOP IS OWNER OPERATED AND TOM THE OWNER WILL NEVER PUSH A PRODUCT ON YOU, RATHER HE WILL ASK YOU ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT. Customer Service: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE. TOM IS THERE TO SEE THROUGH WHATEVER IDEAS YOU HAVE AND WILL OFFER HELP TO GUIDE YOU IF YOU ASK FOR IT. YOU KNOW THAT YOUR BIKE IS IN THE HANDS OF A PROFESSIONAL AS SOON AS YOU SET FOOT IN THE SHOP. TOM HAS EXPERIENCE ON THE TRAILS ASWELL AS WORKING ON BIKES. I HAVE HAD LOADS OF WORK DONE ON MY BIKE AND EVERYTIME I LEAVE MY BIKE WITH TOM I KNOW THAT IT IS LEFT WITH A TRUE CRAFTSMAN THAT CARES AND HAS PRIDE IN HIS WORK!!! Other Comments: AFTER VISITING THE CYCLE COMPANY THREE YEARS AGO WITH A BIKE THAT WAS "PROFESSIONALLY" SET UP FOR ME FROM ANOTHER SHOP, TOM QUICKLY TOOK SOME MEASUREMENTS AND WITH SOME MINOR CHANGES CONVERTED MY BIKE INTO WHAT I WAS HOPING FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE NOW FOR ANYTHING BIKE RELATED.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: A great one man shop that can do anything the big shops can do without the price gouging. Customer Service: If youre tired of being forced into buying things you dont really need come to TJM. Theres no pressure here if you're on a budget, but don't think theres an shortage of quality parts. All of my questions have always been answered, and the advice has been excellent. Prices offered are always great. Don't order stuff online because you save $4.00, spend the money in a local store that deserves the business for its expert advice. Other Comments: If you've got questions, or a bike that you messed up trying to fix yourself Tom is the guy to help you.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Hands-on owner Tom does all repairs and sales himself. very knowledgable and good at matching you with the right bike. Also specializes in BMX bike building and repairs Customer Service: Since Tom is the only one there and it is a smaller shop cust serv. is good Other Comments: not a big flashy showroom which is what I like more of a shop to hang out and BS for a while.I have been going there for 7yrs now and Tom has fitted me on 3 bikes I still use, and gotten me numerous parts and done numerous repairs I couldnt handle(or screwed up) myself w/o 1 complaint! Tom has become a good friend in the process which is rare today, doesnt try to sell you something you dont need. minor repairs can be done on the spot w/o leaving the bike
