Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: The "NEW" Wappingers Falls shop has a nice feel and layout. Good use of space and the repair shop is nice. The old Fishkill shop was sad. I enjoy discussing bikes with the employees, they seem very knowledgeable and show passion for the sport. The owners are insane and lack everything but greed. I would not shop here because of them alone. Plus everything is so expensive. I can find everything they sell for 20% cheaper online. Customer Service: From the employees: Great service, very knowledgeable but will not call you back.
From the Owners: Expect none Other Comments: If you want to spend at least $3000 on a bike and get no discounts of extra parts and upgrades because your rich...This is the shop for you!

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: When I lived in the Fishkill area Wheel and Heel was my LBS. They maintain a fair selection of bikes and gear. I believe their Newburg location may have more parts in stock. Good folks, always like to chat and good about giving advice for out of towners like myself on good spots to ride. Customer Service: Always good customer service. My only complaint is that the Fishkill store had to order a part that most shops keep in stock (LX rear der.) and I had to wait over a week to get it and have it installed. Their wrench Anthony is top notch and a really good guy, taking me on some rides and spanking my fat a$$ climbing on his full squishy Stinky Dee Lux Other Comments: If I ever move back to Fishkill (won't happen, won't happen, won't happen!) and end up back in the area I will def do bizness with Wheel and Heel!
