Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
Ok, the guy with the first review is a clown, this is the same kind of guy who has a nanny raise his kids and thinks he's lance with his lame ass trek. I think Sandra, Carlos and the guys at Mr. C's are awesome, always willing to help whatever you need, awesome collection of bikes, classics, bmx, whatever you need. I bring something in, it's done right, good price and no headaches. Customer Service:

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Here was my recent experiance here..........I went there,bought a $300 wheelset & a pair of $70 tires.The worker there put on my cassette & rotors.I went home & noticed the rotors are completely rubbing against the pad.Since I just moved I have no clue as to where my tools are,so I called them up & they told me to bring it in(NextDayOnly)When I got there he tells me he will fix it but he's gonna charge me $25 a wheel to adjust! HUH..I just spent well over $300 & now he's gonna charge me to fix a mistake they did?I took my bike left ,went to another local bike shop & adjusted it for free for me. Customer Service:
Terrible,it's not just my experience ,but others also.Right before I went to buy the wheels a guy I know told me MR.C's, you go there? bunch of ripoff's! I see now he was not lying.Wasted my time & tried taking more of my money to simply turn an allen key to adjust the pad! Other Comments:
I know 1 person might not count,but you can gurantee you will never see me in there ever again & will give bad reviews to whoever asks me.So many other bike stores around,go to another 1!!!!
I put a 2 for technical expertise because well....It seems they know how to use a computer to write the first review for themselves!!!!!!!!
