I saw a guy bring in his bike and asked if they could put 2 new tires on it right away, and it was a brand they did not sell and they took care of him instantly. Other Comments:

Very accommodating,knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of staff on hand to deal with customers. They make you feel welcome and will take the time to answer any questions.
Great follow-up service! I bought a bike from their old store and when I went into the new store and asked a few questions about the newer bikes and they knew I had already bought one bike from them it seemed liked I received special treatment. Other Comments:
I know a guy who bought a Cervelo here and he loves their customer service. This store does a lot for the Lake Placid Ironman and is a real professional shop.

Good location in the adks with some awsome biking nearby. Have anything you could ever need/want(sometimes i confuse the two). Customer Service:
I bought my road bike here and these guys are the best. They make sure everything is right and that your happy when you leave.
