Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: A small family neighborhood shop with a selection of more modest-priced mountain bikes as well as road bikes. Customer Service: I purchased two bikes from Grand back in 2003. They're friendly, but as I grew more serious about riding I outgrew their ability to provide me the service I needed. They are perfect for those making a casual purchase of a lower-priced hardtail mountain bike, but their mechanic is not equipped to do maintenance and repairs on higher end mountain bikes. Other Comments: Good neighborhood shop, but hardcore riders might want to find a shop that suits them better.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Nice and neat bike store with very friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of eye candies in the store. They specialize in Specialized and other bikes as well. They have been in business since 1957! Customer Service: They know their stuff. Very fast turnaround time on service. I look forward to dealing with these guys in the future. Dean - you're the man!
