Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
The Bike Shop of Eat Aurora
Do you like slow service and over-priced bikes? How about egoccentric owners that always know more than you? Well, this is the shop for you! Perhaps you are a lawyer, doctor, or engineer that really doesn't ride much, but you want an over-priced bike that says "I'm a cool rider dood!" Then please visit this shop. They hardly cater to the real rider; it's all about fuity roadie's and richy poser mtbkr's at this place.
Don't be fooled by the kewl exterior or blonde behind the counter, this shop actually sux. The owners are really pretty people and look so fresh. They know about bikes too, way more than you ever would. And they'll make sure they prove it to you with smart little comments and looks that say "are you fkn stoopid!" They have so many clients, they could hardly care about anyone who really rides. They are so busy; taking time to talk to a regular rider is so below them.
The kewl thing is this bike shop has really neat skateboards to help show how kewl and diverse they are. The urban boards are right beside all the spandex for the roadies. Between you and I, the roadies that go to that shop look like they could use some sex or something; they're all kinda stale and fragile looking. Maybe they should get an over-priced skateboard.
And wow, the service is incredible. They will communicate with you in very vague terms, and when you misunderstand them, guess what, you're the asshole! Don't expect miracles here like one-week tune-ups. $50 tune-ups are very speedy, they will get you going in no less than 2-3 weeks! That's awesome! They love to avoid eye contact to help establish good relationships with customers.
Well, I could go on all day about this 'to kewl for you' bike shop. But I'll just leave you with this: The Bike Shop of East Aurora sux, don't go there.
Shop Summary: They sell mtn bikes. Looks like a kewl shop. Isn't.
Customer Service: I've been there 3 times because I live nearby. They didn't give a fk about a guy like me. Owner dood is a total ego.f*k. He looks and speaks to me like he f*kn hates me and I don't know sh*t about bikes. He probably looks real cute in his fancy riding gear and all.
Other Comments: Great choice of spandex at this shop.
