Shop Summary:
I'm in Maine and have only dealt with Greenfish online but have found them to be very responsive. I purchased a build kit for an Ellsworth frame. They were very accommodating with changes both before and after the sale.

Customer Service:
Greenfish worked with me after the sale to work out all the kinks.

Shop Summary:
I got a sweet deal on my Ellsworth Truth with XT build kit! Very nice set up and very happy with all components, which perfectly match the frame quality. The kit shipped promptly and packed professionally. The frame came in the original box with all components in their original boxes packed around it. No damage anywhere.

Customer Service:
Great service. Seat post was missing but I emailed them and they shipped it out the same day. Very quick response.

Also emailed a question about the brake caliper mounting bracket. I got an answer the same day.

Other Comments:
High-end purchase that went smooth. I would buy from them again.

I'm an online customer. Great prices. 100% recomended.

Customer Service:
Very good for me. I bought a set of Cane Creek Zonos ($202.00) and asked the to pack it well to prevent scratches and they did an excellent packaging job. I will buy from them again... They answered my emails quickly...

Shop Summary:
First off, I'm in California so I have shopped Greenfish on line only. I had been buying small items from their web store for some time. Once I became comfortable with the way my orders were handled, I decided to shop for bigger more expensive components...in this particular case, a Rock Shox (08)Domain IS 115-160 mm U-Turn fork. The price: $499.00-not a bad deal. Then the problems began. The fork was shipped by FedEx and was signed in by a co-worker at my place of employment. When it was brought to me, I couldn't believe my eyes! The box was torn open, taped up in other places and appeared to have been used by the driver to chock his truck. It was obvious something extremely heavy had either rested, or was dropped on the box. Concerned, I immediately contacted Greenfish and informed them of what had happened. I stated I wasn't satisfied with the fork because although there didn't appear to be any external blemishes on the fork, I wasn't sure if it had sustained internal damage and did not wish to gamble that the product was sound. Stephan suggested I take it home, open the box, take pictures and e-mail them to him so that he could begin to resolve the issue...

Customer Service:
...This is where things became bothersome. I ordered the fork on Nov. 7th 2008. Stephan was audibly concerned about the issue and stated he would resolve it right away. He tried to convince me to keep the fork, but I refused. I had to coerce him into sending me a RETURN AUTH. to have the fork picked up, and send me a new one. Which they did. I received it DECEMBER 4t, 2008. Almost a month since my initial order. I tried to get a price match, which he said they would do, but all I got was some bull*#$t story about how the fork at Pricepoint had a METAL steerer tube and theirs was aluminum. Of course I confirmed with Pricepoint that it in fact was the same, identical fork, $100 cheaper, aluminum steerer tube and all. I left a phone message for Stephan, but never received a return call.

Other Comments:
Stephan was quite a SLIPPERY fellow. When matters challenged the sincerity of Greenfish's 120% guarantee, all of a sudden his e-mail "didn't work". Or he "forgot to credit my account" for the price match and could I send him the links again. Eventually, he became completely unresponsive and I never received the price match. I have dubbed Stephan, "SLIPPERY STEPH". I will never purchase anything major from Greenfish; I no longer trust them. Perhaps minor items and only if no one else carries them, or an extremely cheap deal. If their intent to price match is genuine, they should offer a price match option BEFORE YOU BUY, like reputable web sites such as pricepoint.com and Jensonusa.com do. I am spreading this word on the trails, like a California brush fire. Slippery Steph and his Homeez at Greenfish wouldn't flip a feather to price match you...no sir, they will flip you the full bird.

Shop Summary:
I've only dealt with Greenfish online, but they seem to have an extremely large selection of products. Plus they offer a 120% price match gurantee... or do they? See below.

Customer Service:
Customer service is where Greenfish lacks. They claim to have a 120% price match guarantee, but be careful. The guarantee only applies to items they feel like price matching. The thing that makes their lack of customer service much more frustrating is the poor attitude you'll get from employees when you try to get them to price match an item they don't feel is "worthy" of their guarantee. I called Greenfish to ask them about price matching a set of MTB wheels that were much less expensive on another website. I'll admit I was looking for the extra 20% off, but that's their guarantee. When the customer "no" service representative verified the other company's price his only response was "well, go buy from them then". I'm not saying that Greenfish should have to offer a 120% guarantee, I'm not even saying they should have to match prices... but then again, I didn't design their website with the giant "120% PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE" across the top. Burning customers is the fastest way to lose customers. They've lost me. I'll choose to do business with reputible companies from now on.
