Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I was introduced to the shop and one in Scarsdale by Harlem Brown, this cat knows his bike parts and people and told me to make my choice based on what my needs where financial and for piece of mind. I chose this one because the guy came across like someone who believed the customer is right. Unlike other shops he didn't put down my bike choice of talk behind other bike shops back, the talked the talk and walked the walk he has some candy and what he doesn't have he can order. His technical is definitely up there with his peer shops and he doesn't overcharge you for things, very comfortable place to be at. Customer Service: I am also a Amateur, but have a degree. I like the other 2 reviewers do my research before going to a bike shop, so I know what I want and the pros and cons before the dealer tells me. The top of the line stuff in only a small part. Some of you out there should try this, get the all the facts on your product and then pick a couple of shops you like and ask them about the product you already did the research on including price, this guy passes with flying colors, which is rare because most dealer will push their product without considering what you want or can afford. Hope he is around for a long time because his shop is rare and necessary, and he is a great rider himself. Other Comments: Amateurs are the ones keeping this sport growing, if new riders (amateurs) are not coming in those people calling themselves pros would find their sport dwindling down. You have loyalty to a dealer that's cool but not everyone can afford to be taken, somewhere along the line the biker should be satisfied with the product and the store. If we can't support each other those people who don't ride will take even more from us.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Great bike shop. Cool guy to talk to. Has plenty of aftermarket goodies. Is willing to order things for you. Carries hydration packs, gloves helmets, jerseys and plenty of other things... Customer Service: Great customer service. He handled a warranty issue for me with no problem. He returns phone calls. Just bought a new bike from him and everything is good so far. Easy to talk to... He won't b.s. you.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Shop is smallest I have seen, and can easily be missed, but once inside a huge world is opened with big ideas and possibilities. The owner Ricky, is well versed in components and specs. He is also the best brake specialist I have seen in 2 years, doing it right the first time He doesn't pressure you, take you for a fool and is extremely accommodating . Does not sell substandard equipment, all quality parts. This shop is the biggest kept secret in Westchester and can match and surpass the other shops in the area in Customer Service, technical know how and excellent products . He rides and it shows in his commitment in assuring the customer gets the best service and bike to suit their individual needs. Possibly one of the reasons mountain biking in on the rise. Check him out first before going to the big boys, you'll easily see the difference and keep coming back. Customer Service: A mountain bikers mechanic with respect for your individual needs of a bike. 99 percent of my friends who have went to him go to him based on this alone. Other Comments: Check him out first or last but don't buy anything until you see his line of equipment and Customer Service, very refreshing and surprising.
