Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Huge place, you are allowes to ride the bikes they have around inside the store! Friendly service but understaffed. Huge selection of bikes (BMX Mountain and Road bikes).

Shop Summary:
Honestly, this place is huge...A great selection of bikes BUT...That's it! I bought a Giant Rincon there and it was a nightmare from assembly...The handlebars were stiff when it came to turning and they assembled it right from the get go..Leads me to believe they didnt double check there work afterwards? I had the bike for a day..I brought it there because with buying the bike I had a year free service and they kept the bike for almost 2 months!!..At 1 point they told me on the phone it was redy and needed some "Final tweaking"...They never called the next day...They told me they had to return the bike and get a new one because of a faulty frame....2 more weeks past by since then, I go in and the bike was never sent out!....I was sick of being played around with!...So I took my receipt and explained this to them...And said screw it and return the bike....I'll never give them business again!...Totally ruined the experience for me. One word...And thats RIDICULOUS.

Customer Service:
Very unprofessional....and a huge lack of communication. Just very bad business.

Shop Summary:
Amazing selection... & fair prices. The shop is big enough to ride around inside. They sell Mountain, Road and BMX bikes. they have a wide selection within all categories too. their parts selection could use a little beefing up, but it is still better than most in the area.

Customer Service:
Usually have someone to greet you, but they are a little understaffed for the size of the shop.

Other Comments:
Love this shop, I would go here if I didn't live so far away, for all of my bike needs. I cannot afford to have a bike shop fix my bike, but I would trust these guys with my bike if I did. Friendly and not too pushy about selling things.
