bought a bike - they were very knowledgeable about the type and service of the bike. Even helped me with a bike carrier for my car. Customer Service:
Were not hard pressed sales reps. yet encouraging. Let me think on my investment and were very nice about all of my questions. As the person who helped me out said, "We make bike shopping easy and we're a one stop shop."

this bike shop ROCKS!!!! Customer Service:
excellent. bought a giant boulder there for $250 it had some really POS parts. crapped out first time i rode it in back parking lot. i called and they exchanged it for a specialized hardrock paid the diff and they therw in $50 bucks worth of stuff. the hardrock RULES!!! no more POS giant for me HA!!!
i strongly recommend this bike store
