Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
The Bike Loft is an excellent shop with a great product line. The owner is extremely knowledgeable on repairs, purchase recommendations, local trail rides, etc. They are the only shop in the area that I like to take my bike to. They also hold group rides and lead the cnydirt mountain biking group. Great shop that you can trust in every aspect of cycling. Customer Service:
Excellent, with quick turn around. They will give an honest assessment of repair cost and length of time till pick-up. They help with understanding the different component options when buying new. Great customer service!! Other Comments:
