Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
The store is much better nowadays. More friendly and they also carry Cannondale too!! Good goto place for last minute needs before hitting skidmore/daniels rd trails.

Customer Service:
Decent

Support your local shop not the internet!

Shop Summary:
Typical overpriced bike shop staffed by people who are better than you.

Customer Service:
The guy who works at this location hates your guts. Doesn't matter who you are, what you need, or how much you spend.

You are treated like an idiot when you walk into this place and probably ARE an idiot if you buy anything.

But I will say, this guy knows what he's doing -- and when tune ups are $65, he better.

Other Comments:
A 26" mtb tube cost about $7 when you can get one at Walmart literally right across the street for $1.99.

My favorite part about this store is how the service prices are different when you call versus what is listed online. I guess it jus depends on the day!

These guys give the sport a bad name.
