Racer Shop Summary: Bought a Specialized Epic Marathon last year. Went all the way from Europe to get it, because they sell it for about half the price. I knew which model I wanted, size, and what gear I needed, so I sent an e-mail to all Specialized-dealers in New York City, asking for their best price. Roy´s Sheephead was the first answering and no one could match the price. When I showed up a month later, they had set the bike up for a testride and it was perfect. They even boxed it up and made sure I wouldn´t get any trouble at customs.
They have good expertise a relaxed atmosphere and excellent customer service: If You are in the same situation as I was in this is the shop to go for. From A to Z perfect service (and price:o)...

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: The shop needs a little outside TLC and better signs because you can pass by it a million times and never notice it. Go inside and you'll be surprised at the size of this place. It seems like it uses an old auto repair shop and a home garage to make up its' space. They carry alot of the top brands and the best selling models are ready to go. The bike I bought was $40 below MSRP which made up for the taxes so I was happy. Other shops I checked out are strictly MSRP for premium brands. Customer Service: These guys are friendly and don't waste your time. They give you what you want as quickly as possible. They make it a point to show that they go out of their way to keep a customer happy and coming back with free tune-ups, 1 year warranty, advice, etc.
