Best customer service. Needed a part for my Scott. Contacted over 20 bike shops that are Scott dealers and only Jerry replied. He kept in touch with updates on the order status and shipped to me as soon as Scott Delivered the part to him. Best service!!!

Shop Summary:
I recently moved from NYC to a neighborhood close to the shop and went there to buy a new helmet. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I am going to bring my Gary Fisher in there soon for a tune up.

Shop Summary:
This shop a hidden gem in Douglaston. The owner, Jerry and his wife are usually upfront to greet you. Very relaxed shop, no pressure, wide variety of bikes on the floor. Guys there are always eager to help. Bought 3 Santa Cruz Hecklers from them, and will most likely buy our next bikes from this shop. Highly recommend this shop, THANKS JERRY!

This is a great shop. I’ve bought two bikes here and they make all of the adjustments at no charge for the life of the bike. You can’t beat that.

Shop Summary:
Awesome shop. The sales floor isn't as large as some of the other area bike shops but the selection of parts and bikes available make this my go-to shop. Add to that a knowledgeable and friendly staff that is active in the local MTB community and what else is there?.

Customer Service:
Jerry and Kenny have helped me save money and find what I'm looking for in terms of upgrades and accessories on numerous occasions; so I don't know what that other reviewer is talking about. I got a steal on my xtr pedals, reverb seat post and have spent ample time just chewing their ears for riding tips, bike maintenance, and how to otherwise get more out of the sport and my riding and have never felt rushed or as if I had worn out my welcome.
Things can get quite busy when they get a wave of customers as Jerry and Kenny handle sales and most of the tech side also. For me this is just added piece of mind since I have a mechanic helping me choose my new parts, who then is the same person who installs them and is there to tell me how things went and looked when I pick it up; although most things can be and are done while you wait. Jerry and Kenny are not the only staff members but one of them is always in the shop and they are who I have the most experience with. Jerry's wife is also sometimes in the shop and there are a couple other staff members who's names escape me (sorry guys) but I have never had anything but positive experiences with all of them.

Other Comments:
Finding a good LBS and getting to know the owners and techs can be quite difficult in the larger MTB oriented shops in the area and you can never really be certain things are being done with the expertise you expect as jobs are passed from one department to the next; at Peak however the shop is part of the sales floor and you can browse for your next upgrade, look at the latest, greatest build from various manufactures and get a walk through of why your chain suck is getting worse all at the same time (or in quick succession and then you can go dream of your next build/upgrade while they fix it). It's also nice to have a consistent staff that recognizes their regular customers and in most cases can recall what they ride down to the individual components. They also have never tried to up-sell me or pushed me towards any particular product or brand I was not interested in. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, helpful staff and an easy to speak to owner that actually rides and uses the products they sell this is the place to go.
