At Bike Line of Charlotte, our focus is on bicycle sales and service. We carry a full line of Trek and Gary Fisher products . . . that''s well over 100 different models, from kid''s and family bikes to high-end road and mountain bikes. We also carry an awesome selection of Marin mountain, high-end hybrid, and road bikes (about twenty models in all). Name brand accessories such as Yakima and Saris racks. Nike, Diadora and Sidi Shoes. Mavic and Bontrager Wheels. Trek, Serfas and Giro Helmets. Nike clothing. Plus, lots more. Come in and check us out.
Repairs? We do repairs on just about any bike that does not have a motor on it. From simple adjustments to a complete build/rebuild/overhaul. We have some great technicians! So, if you want it done right, bring your bike to Bike Line of Charlotte.
Pricing Policy? All of our bikes are priced at Manufacturers'' Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). We believe that these prices are very competitive in the Market Place. And, combined with the Manufacturers'' Warranty and our Service, that we provide an excellent value for you. If, by chance, you do find a lower price on any product that we carry, we would be glad to match that price for you. Our business is very much dependent on getting and keeping your business!!

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Not a bad bike shop with a good stock on mostly mainstream stuff. Staff pretty nice. With that not interested in helping your run-of-the-mill biker. Have not been in a while since my dealings wtih the shop owner related to a Spinergy product they used to carry. Customer Service: The worst I have ever dealt with. They do not advocate for the biker. Into making money not helping or making good loyal customers. Specifically, I had an in warranty pair of Spinergy Spox - I brought them into Bike Line and they told me that they were abused and out of warranty after having been ridden a total of about 50 miles. The bearing cone was obviously defective and had deteriorated completely making it impossible to spin and hence ride further. Other Comments: These are $600 wheels. Spinergy customer service is also terrible and in part to blame, but the shop would not go to bat against Spinergy or fix the expensive wheels or deal with Spinergy to get the parts under warranty. This was a known issue/defect with these particular wheels too and should have been good will warranted or replaced in or our of warranty given the defect rate they had. When the bearings were finally replaced for over $100 in BS costs they soon wore out again... Spinergy a crap bike part company and Bike Line co-conspirator sub-par bike shop good for buying tubes on your way to mountain or road ride.
(Note: This experience is a little dated, but true regardless)
