Pricing Policy? All of our bikes are priced at Manufacturers'' Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). We believe that these prices are very competitive in the Market Place. And, combined with the Manufacturers'' Warranty and our Service, that we provide an excellent value for you. If, by chance, you do find a lower price on any product that we carry, we would be glad to match that price for you. Our business is very much dependent on getting and keeping your business!!
Shop Summary: Great selection of all models and available colors. The shop is well laid out so you can actually shop, handle the bikes or even take a test ride.
The organization is thoughtful and practical. Everything is kept neat.
Customer Service: The customer service is why I was recommended to the store from friends. They are experienced, knowledgeable and professional. The staff was also great when it came time for fitting my four year old for his first six speed mountain bike for his birthday present.
