Shop Summary:
The shop is located in Matthews NC and is very close to major access points. General Buke shop with both high end / medium range products and many accessories. Service department as large as store.

Customer Service:
They are top notch; Scott the owner and staff - very easy to talk to and always willing to get something quick, if not in stock. Always provide several options so you feel comfotable with purchase; def. not a hard sell place....I have sent several freinds there.

Other Comments:
Service area is where they shine - AWESOME turn around! I can drop off and get a quick assesment and then a few days its good to go - no 2+ weeks of not hearing anything. Quick response call after it was done and they called to confirm another fix before they ordered part.

Dan (Head Service tech is definatly and asset to the business - Knowledgable and to the point).

kudos to the shop and whole staff (Im not in the service industry - so i take notice when something shines!)

Always top notch, honest, they dont try to push stuff on you that you dont need

Other Comments:
They do sell alot of parts, lubes, in the shop behind the bike shop. I didnt know this for quite some time. Its worth going back there and checking out.

Shop Summary:
Great selection of bikes and parts. Clean an well organized.

Customer Service:
Great! I had a new crank put on as well as just an all around tune up on my bike. I dropped it off late Wednesday afternoon and they said it would be ready by Friday. They called later that night to tell me that it was finished and ready to pick up. They were very helpful and friendly.

none really. I will go back to them for any repairs I need done.

The shop is neat and well run with a decent selection for all types of riders.

Customer Service:
This is where Bikes East really sets itself apart. This is a professional shop with professional bike mechanics. That said, they politely put up with my ridiculous questions with a smile and a genuine interest in making me happy. It's truly impressive and appreciated.

I can see why the place is as busy as it is. No superior attitude. Unlike some of the other shops in the Charlotte area!

Shop Summary:
This is a professinally run operation with an empahsis on quality products and notch service. My wife and I have been customers of Bicycles east since its inception. Highly reccommended !
