Shop Summary:
Nice shop with an excellent assortment of bikes and equipment. All price ranges and all styles of bikes available. Definitely impressed with the entire operation.

Customer Service:
Outstanding doesn't even begin to describe them. I rode for years quit, got older and fat. They had no preconceived notion about me and treated me the same as the riders who were well known to them who were there preparing for a ride that day. While there I saw a big box store bike come in for repairs (tire overinflated and bead was broke with tube bulging out)the guy bringing it in said the rim needed straightened. They looked at it and saw the problem fast and fixed it in a minute or two and had him out the door for almost no money. They spent a lot of time with another customer wanting a bike for her grandchild. Then it became my turn. I was treated like an old friend, I was given all the answers to my questions. They did not speak down to me nor to the others and also didn't act snobby. I test rode numerous bikes and while riding one they made some calls to the maker regarding the suspension due to my size (6'2" and 310)and were able to set it up for me. The purchase was not pushed, It was a very pleasant experience.

Other Comments:
I went to numerous local bike shops. I found Boone Bike online and it was over an hour away. Took the trip and was amazed. I bought my bike there and will happily drive back down there for all of my bicycle needs, even with a decent bike shop within 5 minutes of my house. Boone bike made that much of an impression on me. And yes I have been back.

Customer Service:
We went in for local advice on where to ride, not to buy anything. They were enthusiastic and glad to offer insight and suggestions. We ended up riding some awesome trails thanks to them.
