Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Very good selection of bikes and gear in stock. If they don't have what you need they are happy to get it in quickly for you. Customer Service: The staff is what makes this shop. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and work hard to help you make the right choice before purchasing. When I bought stuff that didn't meet my expectations they swapped me out without a hassle. Whenever I stop in, regardless of how busy they are, they always take the time to treat me like a valued customer. Other Comments: I highly recommend this shop especially for their customer service.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Rockin' shop! Full of great MTB, road bikes, cruisers and BMX bikes. Lots of great gear to choose from, which is always fun to browse through for a gear head. They primarily carry Specialized bikes with some Orbea's and plenty of cruisers. During the winter months, they offer indoor training rides with videos projected on a large wall screen. They also run triathlon camps out of the shop. Pretty cool. Highly recommended place to buy a bike or check out the latest bike gear. Customer Service: Excellent. Shawn Spencer (owner) and his gang took great care of me...tey professionally and patiently fitted me on my new bike. No rush to collect and get me out the door. Other Comments: Highly recommended place to bike a bike. I live in Durham, NC which is about 2.5 hours away from Wilmington. I have MANY bike shops to choose from nearby and I would gladly drive all the way to Bike Cycles in Wilmington if I need anything bike related. Way to go Shawn.
