Shop Summary:
Limited selection. One or two nice picks and a lot of ok merchandise. All of it overpriced I see now that I've done some comparison shopping.

Customer Service:
Friendly enough at first, but clearly working on commission. Our $100 purchases ranked below the customers that came in after us looking for higher end purchases to the point that we spent 10 minutes waiting at an empty counter and even had several staff come up, look at us, and then walk away to greet other customers looking at more expensive purchases. It was unbelievable. We were hungry and tired and decided to leave our purchases on the counter and leave. Now that we've purchased the things we needed for the kids elsewhere, I've decided to buy my replacement bike somewhere else as well. The customer service is bound to be better.

Shop Summary:
STAY AWAY! The owner is probably the shortest most arrogant person I have ever met. Could be the 21st century Napoleon. Feel sorry for the staff. The shop would probably strive if the owner would stay at home or atleast stay away from the customers. Sales associates are very helpful until Napoleon shows his head, then they hide in their shells. Shop elsewhere. There are many great bike shops in the triangle area. Bike repair is overpriced and shady at best.

Shop Summary:
I have visited this shop a couple times to quickly grab some parts and have been very unimpressed each time with knowledge of the mechanics regarding the parts they sell. Also, I have had an incorrect diagnosis on my suspension fork from this shop. I will not be back to this shop.

Shop Summary:
Awesome shop with very knowledgeable staff, good selection, good pricing, weekly rides and support for cycling in the area. This is the #1 shop in the area as far as I am concerned.

Customer Service:
Best customer service around.

Other Comments:
Weekly rides at this shop are aways friendly and well attended. The owner of the shop also participates and supports many local events.
