Shop Summary:
Local Downtown bike shop

Customer Service:
was sold a bike in the wrong size. Seems like they do it the old fashion way of just a general sighting. Seems like a proper fitting would be with different sized bikes. Especially if your between sizes. Maybe they do a better fitting if you spend more money. After back and knee issues associated with the bike, I went and got a proper fitting, and found that the bike was too small. The last owner who passed away was the same height as me, I'm just a bit taller. But all of his bikes were the next size up. They aren't very good at taking returns

Other Comments:
because this store was local, I decided to do business with them. But I think they look at who spends the most money, weather your a local or not

Shop Summary:
First Flight is a great place to browse, chat about bikes, or search for that rare part.

Customer Service:
Jeff Archer is extremely knowledgeable about everything cycling yet very laid back. You will not be subjected to any "hard-sell" or pushy salemanship here. I believe a customer would be treated the same whether he or she were buying an entry level recreational bicycle or a hard-core road or mountain bike.

Worth a drive...Incredible mountain bike history museum. Patient employees. Amazing. Thousands of bikes that you have forgotten you used to covet back in 1989...
