Shop Summary:
Shop is well laid out and very clean.

Customer Service:
I have been to the Asheville location twice and have been very disappointed with the customer service. It amazes me that in such an oversaturated market a shop would seem to be selective in who they deem a worthy customer. The first time I went in I was browsing the selection and was never even acknowledged by anyone from the time I walked in to time I walked out ten minutes later. It was a lazy afternoon. They were not busy. The second time I went in for a tool which they didn't have in stock, but were willing to sell me a used one from their mechanic shop. I'll give them credit for that, but when they rang me up for the $2 purchase and all I had was my debit card, the cashier replied with, "Dude, you're killing me. Don't you have any spare change in your car?" Now, I understand that probably 50 cents of that purchase was going towards service charges for the card processor, but really? "Dude, you're killing me?" And, then a debate between two associates as to whether they can run the transaction. Nevermind, I didn't mean to "kill you." Found the same tool at another shop, brand new, same price. Paid with debit card. No hassle. Was thanked for the business.

Other Comments:
Unless your heart desires one of the brands they carry, I don't recommend the Asheville location of Motion Makers. I will say that my experiences the Sylva location have been pleasurable.
