Shop Summary:
This shop is an awesome shop for being in such a small college town. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, extremely approachable, and extremely fun to talk to. The prices are great, the merchandise is always nice, and the employees always recommend great products.

Customer Service:
Top notch customer service from an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. All repairs are handled promptly and pricing is very reasonable. This shop is very friendly and is an extreme believer in the "try before you buy" style of no pressure sales.

Other Comments:
I love this bike shop and they made purchasing my first mountain bike really easy and painless. I love how passionate all the employees are about riding and how friendly they are to all customers. They really make an effort to remember your name and know who you are when you enter the store. I will never buy from another shop.
