Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Lots of hybrids. A few mountain bikes and a few road bikes. Kind of seemed pretty expensive for what you get. Customer Service: I bought my first mountain bike there from a really nice salesman. He didn't try to push me into anything I didn't need. He let me take a test ride. Good first impression.
After about a month or so I went in for new pedals. The guy I talked to that time was the owner, I think. He talked me into buying the worst and most overpriced pedals on the market. He told me all about how he uses them every day and I'll love 'em. He also told me that I needed to buy universal release cleats because the cleats are never included with the pedals. Liar. So, I bought them because I didn't know any better. He seemed pretty bitter when I returned them the next day. It was like he was trying to shame me into changing my mind. Horrible experience. Other Comments: I don't know about their repairs, I learned pretty quickly that it's best if I take care of everything myself. I will never go back to this store.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: My 7 year old daughter knows as much as these guys. I'm never going back. Customer Service: The salesman tried to sell me a comfort bike for serious off road riding, plus it looked to be around a 2005 model. Mechanic had no clue.
