Shop Summary:
One of the best shops in Southeastern Ohio. Great Selection and friendly service.

Customer Service:
Cycle Path stayed open late on a Saturday and fixed a broken trailer wheel for a friend who was traveling cross country by bike. They saved him countless hours of good biking weather.

Other Comments:
These guys really care about bikes and it shows. Kudos to Cycle Path !

Shop Summary:
You go to bike shop to discuss the options and get a friendly service after you buy a new bike. I recently bought a new bike worth more than 1000 $$$ after saving for the bike for more than an year. I had the worst customer service just 2 days later when I went to get my bikes handle bar adjusted. They told me you have to pay for the parts to adjust the height of the handle bar. Common! not after spending so much money. I was told before buying the bike that they we will fit the bike for me, adjust saddle height, handle bar and some checklist. They did not even gave me a user manual and did not talk about warrant until I specifically asked about it. When I went today no checklist and no talk at all about adjusting the bike. The owner was very rude and not friendly. I strongly suggest you to keep out of Cyclepath, Athens, Ohio.

It would be nice if all local shops would give out free parts, but going ballistic because they wont drop their pants for you reprehensible. Bike shops pay local employees,local property taxes, and much more. The parts required for stem height adjustment sounds like stack spacers. I doubt that the mail order guys would give those to you for free after a sale. From the tone of your post, I suspect they were firm with you, but it's doubtfully they were rude to you.

I ordered an Alumni Jersey on Thursday, got it in the mail on Friday, and rode in it all day on Saturday. These guys are the best!
