Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Good Selection of parts and acc. Can't believe how they have in such a small area. Very knowledgeable. Wanted to upgrade components and Ron the owner and I discussed several options to see what would best suit my needs. After deciding on upgrades they were installed in a very timely and professionally manner. When I picked up the bike I decided to get clipless pedals and shoes. Rons Wife installed the pedals and assembled my shoes. Then she asked if I ever rode clips, I never had So we put the bike on a trainer and she should me how to clip in and out. My bike now feels better than when I bought it new. Customer Service: Excellent, Above and beyond. They may be small square footage wise but huge on customer service. Other Comments: Why go anywhere else.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: This isn't the biggest shop in the world and they don't have the selection and inventory of some other shops in the area but the owners Ron and Wanda are absolutely great people. This shop is very active in the community and the owner Ron is very knowledgeable and use to be a pro motocross rider. This has been a great shop to me and Ron is very skilled when it comes to repairs and maintainence and always does a great job and in a timely fashion. Customer Service: You couldn't ask for nicer people. This is a family owned store and that's the way they make it feel. They also have some of the best riders around that hang out there. Other Comments: Awesome shop stop in and say hi
