Shop Summary:
I have had excellent service and support from the guys at the shop. I recently bought my bike from out of state because I was looking for something you don't find on the shelf. These guys were able to build the entire bike for me the day I brought it in. They are very expierienced and treated my equipment like it was thier own. Jared hooked me up! He even called me later the next day to see how the bike was performing and to give me some tips on the new hardware. If they don't have something you need they can get it quickly.

Shop Summary:
I feel that this shop let me down. Ive been looking for a full suspension bike and I finally found one at another shop in the bay area. But I wanted to buy one with Suns bikes instead so I called to them up thinking that they will give me the same price as the other shop. I really like Suns bikes and everything and so I fig that they will give me great customer service. They are very knowledgeable and everything. I will give them that! They do know their bikes... Well I thought wrong! One of the guys had me on hold forever claiming that he was going to get the owner of the the shop so I can discuss pricing with him. I waited for almost 30 minutes and I still didnt talk to the owner. I felt that the owner didnt even cares about he customers at all. Well after waiting for 30 minutes he said I can come in and buy the bike. He didnt tell me how much so I asked - for how much? They guy didnt want to tell me at first.. he kept on going around the bush about the whole price. So I finally told him that the other stored had that bike for 1700.. well he claims that the other bike shop had it for 1800. I told him "Im looking at the add right now, its right on front of my face and It says 1700" the guy pretty much called me a lier. he said that they call and the guy said 1800. Well I went down to the other bike shop and got it for 1700 bucks. I will never step foot in that shop ever again.If you do go any ways.. just becareful..
