Shop Summary:
I haven't been to the shop in person. I ordered a '09 Redline Conquest Pro from their website. But they are great people, and treat their customers well.

Customer Service:
Awesome Customer service. Before ordering I emailed them with questions about fitting, size, and what state of build the bike would come in. Scott R was answering and replying to my questions fairly late in the evening. They prebuilt the bike, and setup the fit based on measurements from my road bike. The bike arrived 85-90% build, but well packed and padded. The sizing and fit turned out great. Scott even followed up a few times after I got the bike.

Other Comments:
The LBS redline dealer couldn't touch their price. I am a happy customer and would/will order from them again.

Shop Summary:
I do not have to go to the shop. I usually end up at Scott's house at some odd hour to pick up parts.

Customer Service:
Unbeatable. As stated earlier, Scott makes himself available so I can get the parts I ordered. The most helpful part is that they ride and race the same trails I do, and they are always willing to talk bike setup or tire selection.

Other Comments:
They're good people.

Shop Summary:
I have not been to the 918XC shop, but I contacted them based on an add placed on MTBR.com. The response was immediate, and followed up with a few phone calls to ensure everything was locked on. Scott R. provided great consultation on bike fit for my move to a 29er. We settled on a Jet 9 XL. It is the first bike I feel like I'm riding, instead of being on the verge of falling off of.

Customer Service:
Scott R. provided great customer service and even upgraded the shipping at their expense when the bike didn't get packed up on time. What more could you ask for?

Other Comments:
If you are thinking about moving to 29er, which you should, give these guys a call. For Niner bikes I don't think they can be beat.

Shop Summary:
Have not been to the shop in person as I completed my transaction online. They have been super with no complaints. They seem to have the personal aspect down and you feel like you are working with your local shop.

Customer Service:
In a world where customer service is dead, Scott and Ray prove that incorrect. The contact has been the best I have seen and responses to questions are super fast, some even by phone if need be. I purchased a Ridley from them w/o sizing it and they nailed everything. The build was perfect and I am happy. I hardly had to adjust anything when I got it.

Other Comments:
I can't recommend 918XC enough. They are spot on with the details, concerned about you and your purchase, experienced, and ride.

Shop Summary:
This shop has been instrumental in getting me mounted on a better bike. Scott and Ray have been extremely helpful and quick to ship items out to me. 918XC seems to be service oriented and dedicated support any cycling enthusiast. They also maintain a great presence at races; alway good to see them there.

Customer Service:
Excellent, absolutely a service oriented group.

Other Comments:
Great prices on what they sell and a great website too.
