Shop Summary:
Bicycle Alley is very service oriented. They are probably one of the smaller shops in OKC but really know what they are doing. I went in for a bike fit because the shop I purchased bike from just took my money and sent me down the road. Ryan made some substantial adjustments to my bike and kept telling me I would notice a difference in efficiency. I thought, yeah........ maybe if I was a pro rider. I took the bike out for a ride afterwards and could not believe the extra power and stamina the adjustments made. It was like getting a new bike. I recomend BA to anyone looking for one on one service.
