Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Weir's Cyclery
For over 75 years Weir's Cyclery has provided what their community has wanted in family bicycling. Started in 1925 by Gordon Weir as Weir's Fix-it Shop, Gordon repaired appliances, lawnmowers, plumbing and, always, bicycles. As bicycles continued to grow in popularity, other repairs were eliminated to concentrate solely on bicycle sales and service.
Steve Weir, third generation owner and operator, invites you to visit his store in St. Johns, Oregon for the finest, personal and family, bicycling experience.
Weir’s Cyclery focuses on maintaining its perspective and concentrates on customer service and loyalty. Weir's philosophy has created a friendly environment that caters to cyclists of all types, a philosophy that has worked now for over 75 years
Shop Summary: It's my neighborhood shop so I've tried to patronize it when I can for the ten years I've been at this address despite the fact that they almost never have the sort of stuff I'm looking for. It's a shop that caters to folks who aren't exactly enthusiasts-the generic Schwinn shop that doesn't carry Schwinn bikes any more.
I finally gave up on them when I stopped by looking for a freewheel tool that I didn't have in my collection to pull a busted unit off a project bike. Not surprisingly they didn't have it, but when a guy who's seen me in there enough times to know my name offered to pull it for more than the freaking tool cost I finally got over the last bit of my mail-order angst and haven't been back since.
Customer Service: Huh?
