Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary: hmmm...I don't think they are actually authorized dealers for all the brands they mention in the description. This is a used gear store. They might sell one or two huck brands (Transition?) as authorized dealers. Used bikes are way overpriced, although they have a big selection. Everything from a junior track bike to a nice italian handmade road bike, mountain bikes and everything in between.
Customer Service: friendly staff, but not sure of their technical expertise on the bikes. it's hard to figure out what their strengths are when they everything under the sun.

Customer Service: Great. as a woman biker they don't try to sell you things by the color, or talk over your head like your an idiot and know nothing about bikes. a lot of shops here in Bend have guys working that don't know how to help out women riders. when we say we want women specific, we want women specific. a "man's small" is not going to cut it, and these guys do NOT do that.
Prices are great but they guys are always willing to bargain
Other Comments: i found out that most prices are negotiable- so if you think a price is too high try bargaining.
